Heinrich Jørgensen has a strong background as a certified ship builder. He then worked as a workshop manager at a shipyard for 5 years, gaining significant expertise. With this experience, he decided to start H&M Marineservice together with his colleague Mike Enevoldsen in March 2023.

Mike Enevoldsen has an impressive background as a certified ship mechanic. He utilized his skills as a mechanic and fitter on assembly projects throughout Denmark before being employed as a maintenance supervisor at a concrete element factory in Esbjerg for 5 years. ike brings his extensive knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair to H&M Marineservice, and he has an incredible drive for special tasks.
